Free delivery across Canada

We deliver to addresses across Canada and delivery is free. We do not ship outside Canada at this time.

Made fresh, shipped in five to seven business days

Your serum is made in small batches and prepared fresh for you, so your order ships within five to seven business days. We would rather take a few days than send you something that has been sitting on a shelf. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery by Canada Post takes a few more business days, depending on where you live. Your tracking link shows the estimate for your address. Delivery is free across Canada. Remote and northern addresses may take longer, and for a very remote address we may contact you before shipping if an extra charge applies.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received it within 3 business days after your order ships, write to us at hello@beoro.ca.

Taxes

Prices include GST or HST, set by your delivery address and shown at checkout. The tax line on your receipt shows the amount included.

Your address

Please check your address carefully before you pay. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you about sending it again, and the cost of the second delivery is yours.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive, write to us at hello@beoro.ca within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. For damage, please include clear photos of the product, its batch code, the outer packaging and the shipping label. We review every claim, and once it is confirmed we replace or refund it.
