Her story
A workshop of her own.
In eleventh-century Constantinople, an empress kept a workshop of her own.
Zoe ruled Byzantium from 1028 to 1050. The accounts that survive describe a woman who spent long hours in a private laboratory, blending scented creams and perfumes. She never tired of it. Thrones changed hands around her. Her attention to her skin did not.
She was not chasing anything. She was devoted to it, patiently, the way some people are devoted to a craft.
BEORO is made in that spirit. A few serums, chosen well, made carefully in small lots, and used with the same patience.
Beauty preserved. Not chased.
