Terms of sale

Effective [date]. These terms apply to purchases from beoro.ca, operated by beoro.ca, 4117 Casino Road, Trail, B.C. V1R 4X3, Canada ("BEORO", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Who can order

We sell to addresses in Canada only. You must be of the age of majority in your province or territory to order.

Products and prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices include GST or HST, shown at checkout. We describe products as accurately as we can. Imagery on this site is AI-generated, so your product may differ slightly in appearance. If a price or description contains an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for stock, pricing error or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Using our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the label and how-to-use guidance before use. Test a small amount on a small area first, and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Keep away from the eyes. If you are pregnant, nursing, under medical care or have a skin condition, ask your doctor before use. Where a product contains a strong active, follow its layering and morning or evening directions.

Individual results

Skin is individual. How a product looks and feels on you will vary, and we do not promise any particular result. Our descriptions are about how skin looks and feels, not medical outcomes. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Intellectual property

The BEORO name, logo, text, designs and images belong to beoro.ca or its licensors. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law, including any rights that cannot be waived. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. [Have a lawyer confirm this wording.]

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. [Confirm with a lawyer, especially for customers in Quebec, where French-language and consumer rules differ.]
